About
My Journey
In 2007 whilst investigating solutions to my own health issues I became interested in nutrition. In 2010 after three years of study I obtained a distinction in a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy with Premier International and began seeing clients as a Nutritional Therapist in therapy rooms in Essex. I am a registered member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and abide by their strict code of conduct.
In 2012 I added to my qualifications and training, studying at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis under the tutorage of Terence Watts, where I attained Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis and an Advanced International Diploma in Psychotherapy adding to services offered in my therapy rooms.
In 2013 I became one of the first therapists to train with Terence Watts in BWRT® (Brainworking Recursive Therapy) a modern, immensely powerful style of therapy that can dissolve fears, phobias, anxieties and more complex problems rapidly, and today I am a BWRT® Level 3 Practitioner, Supervisor and Examiner. I have added to my BWRT® qualifications to include BWRT® Master Coach, Defusing Depression, Abolishing Anxiety, Disarming Destructive Anger, Resistance and Entrophy, helping people to make positive changes, enhancing emotional well-being.
In 2019 to date – I undertook a Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders and Obesity training with the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED), obtaining diplomas in Excellence in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders, Nutritional Interventions for Eating Disorders and Essential Obesity.
