My work spans several areas of therapy including BWRT®, CBT, Nutritional Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Eating Disorders. When working with clients I always ensure that their needs are at the forefront and tailor therapy for them.

In 2012 I began my studies in psychotherapeutic skills, a beneficial addition to my qualifications I felt, to better enable me to help my clients maintain and regain optimal health and well-being.
These studies included hypnotherapy, hypnoanalysis and psychotherapy.
I typically work with clients to help them overcome habits, weight loss, stress anxiety, fears and phobias and life coaching.
